Location: Midwest
Description:The primary responsibility of the Regional Strategic Account Manager (RSAM) is to grow sales and achieve objectives in focus accounts. This will be accomplished by identifying focus accounts in the regional territory and utilizing a strategic approach applying business building principles, education, inventory management and office promotions to enhance the relationship and support in those focus accounts. The RSAM will also be expected to support the field based training needs of Sales Consultants (SC) as required by the region. These goals will be accomplished by partnering with the Sales Consultants, Sales Training, and through the support of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Aesthetic/Cosmeceutical sales experience preferred. Self-starter with a demonstrated sales record of success, strong interpersonal and communication skills and an exceptional desire to work in a fast-paced, growing, dynamic organization. Proven record of accomplishment with demonstrated ability to manage territory/train successfully. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing. Apply for this position |
