Kyle Mills

National Education Manager

A 7th generation Texan, Kyle has lived throughout the state of Texas and a short time on the East Coast, but calls Houston home. He has a degree in Electronic Media Television Broadcasting and Media Studies from Texas State University. Mills has worked with some of the top cosmetic/skincare companies in the business and some of the most beautiful women in the world. Kyle has been involved in the pageant industry for over 13 years and has worked with clients such as Miss Texas USA Holly Mills-Gardner, Miss USA Kandace Krueger-Matthews, and ABC Desperate Housewives' Eva Longoria-Parker.

Kyle has traveled extensively throughout the United States as an educator and trainer for several Cosmetic and Cosmeceutical companies. Starting in 2003 with Laura Mercier Cosmetics as a manager and artist, Mills traveled extensively to high end retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom training on the product line. Mills then moved into a position with gloProfessional where he was a National Educator and National Makeup Artist for gloMinerals. He educated across the United States at the National Training Seminars and also in physician's offices training staff on product application and retail sales. Mills joined SkinMedica, Inc. in 2008 as the National Customer Education Manager heading up SkinMedica's National Seminar Series and Regional Product Education Workshops. Since taking the position he has built the branding and awareness of education in the Aesthetics market exponentially. Mills holds 2 seminars a month with audiences including physicians, nurses, aestheticians and other vital office staff. Kyle not only educates on the SkinMedica product line, but also brings a very hands-on approach to teaching the power of retail sales in a practice.

Kyle's outgoing personality, exuberant energy and true Texas charm enables him to engage an audience all day long. He is able to teach each and every attendee as if he was presenting just to them. "I believe everyday is a photo shoot; so why not look and feel your absolute best" says Mills. As an Educator/Artist/Producer, Kyle leverages his experience and natural talents to inspire others to sell with confidence.
