Thank you for your purchase through our SkinMedica® website. We value you as a member of the SkinMedica® family and strive to meet your expectations with the products and service we provide. If you are dissatisfied with your SkinMedica® website purchase for any reason, please feel free to return the product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of the order date on the packing slip.

To ensure a timely refund, please return the item(s) immediately by simply following the steps below.

  1. Please contact a SkinMedica® Concierge Team member at 855-754-6700 within 30 days of your original invoice date to obtain a Product Return Form. A return will not be accepted without a form in your return shipment.
  2. The form will be e-mailed to you and will have all the information filled in for your convenience.
  3. Please include the Product Return Form and all unused portions of the product(s) you wish to return, with the original packaging.
  4. The SkinMedica® Concierge Team will schedule a date at your convenience (Monday through Friday) for your return shipment to be picked up by FedEx. FedEx will have the shipping label with them for the package.
  5. SkinMedica® will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
