What is your return policy?

We are committed to offering high-quality, scientifically proven products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date. Allē points that have been redeemed will not be reimbursed for returns.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service (888) 912-1596 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central, Monday – Friday. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email with a pre-paid FedEx shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization form that must be included with your return. Shipping charges for returned products will be waived on all approved returns.
Use the pre-paid FedEx shipping label and drop off your package at any FedEx location.

Can I return products in-office?

In order to ensure prompt processing of your return, please make sure to return your product to the address listed on the in-box invoice. At this time we do not accept in-store exchanges. Please contact Customer Service  (888) 912-1596 between 8 AM and 6 PM Central Time, Monday – Friday if you have any questions.

When do I get my refund after I have returned an item?

If applicable, refunds will be provided once your product return has been received and processed. Refunds will be applied to the original payment card and may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping and Delivery
How are your shipping charges calculated?

All orders receive free standard shipping. When available, you may expedite your order to next-day shipping for an additional charge.

P.O. Box

We offer free standard shipping to U.S. P.O. Boxes via Smart Post. Depending on the carrier, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO and DPO addresses are sent via Smart Post. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 business days.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?

No. At this time, products can only be shipped within the United States.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 5-7 business 2 days to receive your order.
